RCA Developments will acquire sites in and predominantly around the Fylde Coast upon which to develop high-quality residences.

The company will utilise its considerable experience and expertise, as well as its valuable contacts obtained over the last 30 years to identify such sites, obtaining the necessary and relevant permissions to construct desirable houses and apartments to meet local housing needs.

Ray has almost 20 years’ experience in developing residential and commercial property in the Fylde region and Spain. He has developed apartment buildings as well as housing developments and commercial buildings in Lancashire, including Primary Care Centres for the NHS. He was chairman of a number of overseas businesses that developed apartment and villa complexes on the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca. Overall, he has developed residential space with a total value of over £300 million.

Previously Ray moved to the U.S. and formed Ingleby Comm Corp (ICC). In 1996 ICC went public valuing the company at $120m and Ray became the youngest ever Chairman of a NYSE company. Ray moved back to the UK in 2000. At the time

At the time of Ray’s departure, ICC was achieving revenues of $800m and EBITDA of $80m and had achieved a market value of $1 billion at its peak.
In 1997 Ray became the Vice Chairman and the 49% owner of Burnley FC who were nearly bankrupt and bottom of Division Two. He took on the role of overseeing all the commercial aspects of the club. He named his plan to get the club financially viable and to get into the Premier league ‘Buy the Dream’.
Before Ray resigned as Vice Chairman in 2010, he had achieved both his goals... In 2001 Ray founded and was the Chairman and Managing Director of Axiomlab (internet and technology start up investment fund) which he took public valuing the company at £10m. Ray managed to attract some very high-profile Directors to his board which included Senator George Mitchell. He then took the company private in 2004 and subsequently sold the assets for £30m.
In 2012 Ray became a Consultant to several companies including Guest Services Worldwide (GSW), which he subsequently bought. GSW designs, creates and publishes innovative traditional print and marketing products which are provided free of charge to luxury Hotels throughout the world. GSW operate in 38 countries and have clients which include: Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Fairmont, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Leading Hotels of the World. Chris was educated at Fettes College Edinburgh and later gained a Law degree from Manchester qualifying as a Solicitor. His career has proved to be very successful, holding a number of senior roles within some of the major legal practices in the UK and concluded his career at the Global American law firm of Squire Patton Boggs. During his time at Squire Patton Boggs, Chris was Global Head of Hospitality and Leisure Services practicing as a commercial lawyer.

During 8 years at Xchanging Procurement Services, Rick influenced the exit of a lossmaking contract by creating a bespoke P&L model for XPS concentrating on a multinational consumer goods customer managing $1.6 billion of their annual tail end spend. He also managed a team controlling a customer contract covering €250m annual spend and was responsible for the collection of XPS’ share of the savings worth €8m annually.
